The production capacity of the facility is 1000 tones/month in steel construction and 800 tones / month in technological equipment.

Jet Pulse Filters
Jet pulse filters are automatic systems in order to filter via air emission the dust, smell and smoke which is occurred during the production in industrial facilities. Jet pulse filters are used mostly in sectors in such as cement and iron-steel which there is continuous discharge of dust, material and smoke for the flue gas refining.

Cyclones
In de-dusting systems, Cyclones are used for holding massive sized particles in the air. According to their design, cyclones are not convenient to work with small sized particles. Meanwhile, in order to increase the efficiency of the filters, they are located before the filters in the system with high load of dust.

Rotary Valves are used for controlling the flow of the granuls, pieces and dust throught the silo, hopper, cyclone and mixer. In order to prevent air flow between the places where material fed and discharged under the effect of pressure, vacuum and gravity rotary valves are used.
